When you’re diagnosed with a chronic illness, especially one that does not have a “cure” and may require ongoing medication and treatment, you have a lot of questions and concerns. Regardless of what medical condition(s) you have, there are shared experiences about coping with symptoms, advocating for medical care, and adjusting aspects of everyday life around your health issues. Through its social media platforms, digital events, and educational resources, the Global Healthy Living Foundation provides opportunities to connect with other chronic patients for support and community.
